Hi, hope someone can help, we moved our router into a different room (same cables used) and now our smart TVs won’t connect and our iPads won’t connect. My iPhone says that it’s connected but it isn’t , when I press renew lease on the WiFi it gives me a new IP address and connects temporarily ( sometimes). The router looks like it is connected but the data is not getting to our devices. Would love to hear suggestions on how to fix this. It’s getting very annoying I’m not sure if I’m posting this to the right board, just hoping someone out there can help

I've tried to reply to you twice, including a link in both cases - perhaps that's why my replies aren't posted, or maybe there's a delay between posting a reply and it being displayed. I'm learning, so please forgive me if they all get displayed later...
Will your iPad connect and download data when you're in the same room as the router?
- ShaunaRådmanAspirantThanks for replying. We called our internet providers and they are sending us a new router. They figure our router was possibly updating itself when we moved it. So it wasn’t able to update and glitched out. Go figure and it’s just our luck that it happened.
