LB1120 - Mobile Broadband Disconnected
LB1120 Mobile Broadband Disconnected
My modem presented with Mobile Broadband Disconnected after a short time (1+ days). The ONLY way to un-do it is to do a Factory Reset.
I haven't done any updates, does the modem update automatically?
I have some LB1120 modems, and some are having this problem. Does anyone know what's going on?

Please provide the firmware version of the device.
You mentioned that you have multiple LB1120 modems and some are having the same issue. Is it on the same ISP?
Who is your Internet Service provider?
Were you able to call your Internet provider to check if you have the correct APN information and right data plan?

firmware version: M18Q2_v12.09.163431
I already did a test with T-Mobile Apn, ATT apn, and Telefonica.
The error is the same as Mobile Broadband Disconnected.
The modem only works with a factory reset.
Why does it happen?

Hardware Version: 08I have already tested it with apns(T-Mobile, Telefonica, ATT) and I have the same problem.
The modem only works again when reset.
