Lb1120 4G LTE Modem 1 light green the other red

My modem has 1 red and 1 green light lit, the lights in between the two are not lit. The power light is red and the three box thing is green. I have reset it multiple times, checked for system and contract updates with no luck. I have also applied for a sim reset. Still no luck. I work from home and keep having to put data on my hotspot and it is just driving me into the hole. I have 2 extremely important meetings tomorrow that require some sort of internet. Please help urgently.
