MR1100-100 Nighthawk Rebooting Fiasco
I'm in the UK and I bought my MR1100 from Amazon in October 2019.
Since then, I've suffered from the well-reported rebooting issue; which seems to be power/firmware related.
I've sufferered from it rebooting every minute, to working for weeks without issue. Currently, with the latest firmware, battery removed, and wireless switched off, it lasts for a few hours.
I've tried all combinations of wireless on or off, battery in or out. Not that I should need to do this.
I've tried to raise a support ticket with Netgear; but they tell me my warranty has expired. Clearly, this is not true, as I'm in the UK and my consumer rights priovides for more than this.
Please, Netgear. Provide a resolution to this known issue and let me raise my support ticket.
My Router is MR1100-100
HW 1.0
SKU MR1100-100EUS

Please provide the FW and PRI version on your device. And let me know the carrier you are using.
We will follow up to find the root cause of the resets and resolve it asap.
Sorry for the inconvience.
Thanks

Hi Al00000
Kindly access MR1100 settings page, go to Settings > Device to get the PRI version.
Here's a reference of How do I log in to my AirCard Mobile Hotspot?

Blanca
Community Team- FilBAspirantI'm also in the UK and using a SIM from Vodaphone which has worked for two years so far.
Yesterday my nighthawk just started disconnecting itself every 30+ seconds making it unusable not only for my network but also for my alarm system which connects through it.
I'm unable to try any of the "fixes" I've seen so far as the router doesn't stay connected long enough to get in and amend a setting.
Even trying to get a replacement SIM requires a flight back to the UK , surely theres an easier way to fix this?
