MR1100 battery issue

Anyone have a problem with MR1100 charging up overnight?  I plug it in before going to bed and usually fully charged by morning so I can move it to the best spot for download speeds.  Today, it was only charged to 33%.   Called AT&T and all we could do was remove battery and replace, reboot, then it started charging.  I've only had it since Nov 2017.  Can't figure out the problem.  Would appreciate input!  Thanks.

    Hi dphillips2,

    Please do the following:

    1. Unplug the Nighthawk Mobile Hotspot Router.
    2. Remove the battery.
    3. Wait for 30-60 seconds, and reinsert the battery.
    4. Hold the Power Button to restart the device.
    5. Use the original power adapter (originally shipped with your device) to recharge your Nighthawk Mobile Hotspot Router.
    6. If the issue persists, refer to AT&T for warranty return.

    Hi dphillips2,

    Welcome to NETGEAR Community!

Did you recharge the battery from a wall socket or from a USB port (computer)?

Removing the battery and reinserting seemed to solve the problem.  Not sure what happened!  Thanks!
