MR1100 broadband disconnect

I had to do a factory reset on this device and now when it comes back up, will not connect keep getting broadband disconnected. This is on a Cricket network, not Tmobile. I have the latest firmware, I have changed to LTE instead of auto. I am not sure what else to try

    Did you try to set up the correct APN for your SIM card?

      That was the issue. It had an AT&T apn in there. Thought that since AT&T owns cricket, that was correct one. I added cricket and connected immediately. Thank you

        I have installed an EE SIM card but it’s saying mobile broadband disconnected. I have done a reset.
        Any ideas for someone with basic tech knowledge gratefully received.
