MR1100 do not charge
This is my third replacement from AT&T. When you try to charge the hotspot it won’t charge. Using the original cable you net to unplug and plug again again and see if you have luck with it start to charge. If you remove the battery for about 15minutes it start charging but after a while it stop. This is my third replacement all with the same behavior.
any sugestion?

What is the current device temperature and battery temperature ? If temp is high, and it does not charge then use external fan to cool it down and see if it starts to charge when temperature goes down. I am hopeful this may work for you.

Operating at normal temp, but tried to discard and the problem persist
