MR1100 New Battery Not Charging
I have been using this model for about 2 years. Just recently the battery it came with started to swell, so I bought a new one online. It would not charge (showed an empty battery icon) so I returned it thinking it was a defective battery. I got a new one, different brand, and I’m still having the same problem.
The unit turns on when connected to AC wall socket without battery, and it still works and charges with the old, swollen battery. But when I insert the new battery it immediately goes to a screen with an empty battery icon (no lightning bolt). I left it overnight and it still never charged. Any ideas?

- Lb15TutorI should mention...I tried rebooting it, a hard factory reset, and I have the latest firmware installed.
