MR1100ATT connection with the Extender

Can we connect the MR1100ATT mobile hotspot router with the Extender? And if we can connect then I need to ask whether the connection will be stable or not i.e. Do we need to connect the extender with the hotspot again and again or if it will get auto connect with the extender once it will come in range of the extender?

    Welcome to NETGEAR Community!

     

    If you wish to extend the WiFI coverage of your Nighthawk MR1100 then you can add a WiFi extender to your network. 

     

    You may want to configure the MR1100 WiFi range settings: access MR1100 router page, go to Settings > Setup > Wireless > Global Wireless Settings > WiFi range > you can select it either Short, Medium or Long.

      I think the extender connection/reconnection performance is really determined by the exterder itself. You may need to give such setup a try to find a suitable extender to use.
