MR6550. no 5G mmWave ability to receive on Nighthawk M6 PRO 6550 unlocked Verizon

Hello.&nbsp; I am getting no 5G mmWave Frequencies to receive on Nighthawk M6 PRO 6550 unlocked Verizon.&nbsp; Firmware is up to date and the Verizon Plan does include UW support.&nbsp; I have a tower that is literally a stone throw from me that I know supports UW because I can receive UW Frequencies on the phone.&nbsp; Netgear is compatible with this as Verizon uses&nbsp;n260/n261 which is also used on Pro 6550.

That's definitely frustrating, especially with a UW-supported plan and tower so close. Sounds like everything should line up might be worth double-checking with Verizon if the IMEI is fully provisioned for mmWave on their network, even though the device is compatible.

I called Verizon on this and they stated the IMEI is fully provisioned for mmWave on their networki so I have to rely on what rep told me.

well after talking with tech support they are sending me another Sim card so I will let everyone knows what happens.&nbsp; Thanks&nbsp;
