need a help to configure my router.

I've purchased an AX1800 WiFi 6 Router. It will only be used in Wired (Ethernet cable) mode.
Unfortunately I cannot configure it as it asks for a username and password that has obviously not be set up yet, neither can I change the password that has not been configured yet.
(It also asks for two bits of information not yet set).
Where was I born and where was my mother born.
I do not have a smartphone so the general suggestion of downloading a phone app would not work.
I need to manually enter my ISP data, but obviously without being able to access the Router Setup not possible.
What do I do now?

AX1800 is a speed. what router did you buy?
The default login is:
login: admin
password: password
all lower case. Then it'll ask you to change the login info.
Maybe it didn't get setup properly or maybe someone bought/returned it. You can push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on to get back to the defaults.

Look at the label on the thing for the model number.
