Need help for Aircard 762s and his Netgear Hub
Hello,
I just buy an Aircard 762s and a Netgear Hub.
The Aircard 762S alone is working fine. I Have 3G, 4G, WIFI, etc. I can surf on internet with all my connected devices.
BUT
When I plug the Aircard 762s on the Netgear Hub nothing happen.
No sync logo on the 762s screen.
No WWAN led on the Netgear Hub.
No sound, nothing.
I try to connect on it with wifi.
My computer can connect to the hub setup page (192.168.1.254) but no internet connection.
I try to connect on it with a RJ45 cable.
My computer can connect to the hub setup page (192.168.1.254) but no internet connection.
Same thing with all mode (easy mode, small home, office, power user mode).
The Hub firmware is the last swi_nhd1w_1.0.95.1.dat
ideas ? help

Hello Eric
The Sierra Wireless hub will only work with Sierra Wireless branded AC76Xs mobile hotspots. If user has Netgear branded AC762S the Sierra Wireless hub will not work since Netgear AC762S FW will not support it.

Well, working !
Just need to change the Hub LAN ip range.
Original Sierra IP Hub is by default on the same range as the Netgear Aircard 762S:
192.168.1.x.
Just changed the hub range with 192.168.169.x (or what U want on a private range).
in Power user -> advanced view -> Internet Settings -> LAN -> IP setup
And the DHCP Hub with the same range 192.168.169.x
in Power user -> advanced view -> Internet Settings -> LAN -> DHCP
After, Static routes are automaticly good.
All is working like a charm.
Just no bip when I dock the Aircard on the hub. But I don't really care :-)
'hope that will help other customers

Will you plan new firmwares for these devices or they are too old ?
And last question : when the Aircard stays on the hub is it better to remove the battery to preserve it ? (yes tested, the Aircard can work docked on the hub without battery)

Hello Eric_R
Yea removing the battery will preserve it rather than over charging the battery.
