I often check the device touch screen for a chance to get a new update to resolve the many issues I suffer from,but sadly nothing in the air ,wonder how netgear a networking company commit so silly mistake

I have noticed occasional reboots without reason, propably a firmware bug. I have retail version AC810-100EUS.
Firmware Version:
NTG9X40C_11.14.07.00
Firmware Build Date:
2016/02/23I know newer firmware's do exist like AC810-100EUS_23112817_NTG9X40C_11.15.01.00_00_EMEA_002.001_000
This is not publicly available`, why not ?
High end devices need better after sales support and firmware upgrades. That should be completely clear to Netgear R&D. Customers expect better service.

I do have an slow upload issue too and I do not have direct link to newer firmware. Netgear should review this update policy, "Check update"-function does not find this newer version.

I discussed directly with Netgear system engineer. I do not leave no stones unturned when I am looking for important answers.

Highly probably just like you said. This Qualcomm LTE technology inside these Netgear devices is the best in the world. That's why we chose Netgear. We expect software inside Netgear devices to perform best possible way, that's for sure.

Retail department have been asked to speed up with this case. They are really busy at the moment. All we can do is wait for response.

I think Netgear is messing up with serial number database and that issue maybe linked to that we cannot see new update versions this moment. So it could be support system issue from their side. However, we need a response from Netgear side and we want updates asap.
