I often check the device touch screen for a chance to get a new update to resolve the many issues I suffer from,but sadly nothing in the air ,wonder how netgear a networking company commit so silly mistake

The release is still on track for Mar 20.

- We want to be up to date what is happening around this update release.
- I can't see netgear give any firmware update information maybe I doubt netgear no any action to update software just deceive us
- I hope technical team responsible for the firmware update release understand this is MISSION CRITICAL thing from customer point of view. Getting that firmware release out during February as told. We had to wait for too long.
- Until today I never received any engineer update about firmware,netgear Hong kong agent help me to send email ask R&D department .but not any responses so I believe ac810s maybe cannot get new firmware in feb no any netgear staff can say what time can OTA firmware.
- ac810s not stable but cannot update firmware not user friendly!
- Wonder why netgear opens a community forum if they dont follow what is said inside ,it seems that registering and posting in this forum is simply a waste if time and a useless business
- netgear moderator can you answer about ac810 situation? We still waiting update why no any responses to us?
- Probably the moderator is in a endless sleep .netgear is interested only in collecting money the rest is simple detail.we have to leave to another brand devices (huawei) where support is a must have sercice
- I was asked to patience and they know we are frustrated. QA team is doing their job with update. Release cannot be far that is my conclusion as I try to keep my mood positive.

Absolutely great news! Did you notice +20...33 % boost to downlink performance ? What's your download speed with 256-QAM ? It would be great If you could share your signal values as reference when 256-QAM is enabled.
- I know netgear maybe still working now but we are waiting too long. Ac810s cannot get good performance because the firmware problem
