I bought a supposedly NEW unit off Ebay. After about an hour the touchscreen became intermittent and a little later refused to respond. I had to remove the battery to turn it off. The seller said, "please try to reformat the device to fix the software related issues". That doesn't sound right. Anyone have these issues???
It's probably going back.

If its a new product then it would still be under warranty I suggest contacting support.

I returned it and got a refund. Now the new one is doing about the same thing. After 20-30 min of use pushing the power button brings up the unlock screen. Pushing the button may or may not work, sometimes it's delayed 10-15 sec....Wierd Oh well
