Netgear LB2120

Help 

Our router keeps switching off after a few minutes.

green connection button switches to orange and connection is lost

if turn off then on again sometimes it works 

sometimes not

sometimes it reconnects then goes orange after 2-3 minutes

    Please provide the SKU name and FW version on the device.

      It is LB 2020 100 UKS
      It is brand new
      Always had this problem

        It might be a HW issue. Please contact tech support to replace with a new one.
