NetGear nighthawk m1 boot loop

My Nighthawk MR1100 router constantly restarts. It initiates power on and the "NETGEAR" logo shows up on screen, the amber light shows up and then after 3-5 seconds it shuts off again and then powers back on to the same point. After 10 or so loops of this fashion the device reboot loop stops and doesn't power on again (to the loop) until I remove power. I have tried hard resetting it as well as removing sim, however the issue is unresolved. 

If i hold the power button down for 10 sec while conecting the power cable i end up whit the message downloading software? Is this issue fixavle or the router just became a brick?
