Night Hawk M1

On the screen of the router it says - "Data usage not available at this time" It used to show our data usage until about 2 months ago and don't know why? 

Any suggestions would be appreciated please.

    Please be informed that firmware upgrade has been released for MR1100 Telstra Variant. This is to address the data usage issue not available. Kindly check your device for new firmware update and provide feedback. 

     

    Firmware version is 12.06.08.00

      HI, 

      I FOUND THE SKU DETAILS SEE ABOVE. ALSO WE RECENTLY UPDATED FROM 10 GB  TO 50 GB SO COULD THIS BE WHY IT'S NOT SHOWING DATA USAGE???

      Hi Blanca,

      I tried to update the new firmware for a friends, who has the Nighthawk M1 Mobile Router.

      To my surprise,the update didn’t download. The text box said “ Update Error ,The update couldn’t be updated and the mobile router will automatically re-check for an available update within 48 hrs “

      Can you tell me what’s happening with this new firmware  not being able to download.

      I did the manual update but this also came up with a error.
