Nighthawk AC 1900 and 4G Modem LB2120
I just bought a 4G Modem LB2120 to supplement a failing ADSL service. The Modem works brilliantly on it's own however I would like to feed it into my Nighthawk AC1900 D7000. Everything I have read says that it should work however I haven't had much luck. I have tried forcing the Nighthawk to failover mode but still no good. I have an ethernet cable going from the Lan port of my 4G modem to the WAN port of the Nighthawk router. I have changed my 4G modem to bridge mode and changed the router to only use the WAN port but still failing to get internet (I have confirmed internet functionality by directly connecting a PC). The only thing I haven't done is change the IP addresses, Default on the 4G Modem has been left at 192.168.5.1 however the scope in my router is 192.168.1.xxx. Could this be my problem? I am extremely keen to make this work so would appreciate some pointers

Hi James,
Thanks for the link. I receieved that quick start booklet with my modem and have followed that. For extra detail I downloaded the detailed user manual that talked about switching router mode to feed directly into my D7000 router. I have followed all of the instructions without any success.
I would be greatful for more detail on the requred settings in both devices.

Hi gyorsto,
May I know what is the firmware version of the LB2120?
