Nighthawk M1: Device offline after firmware update.

After installing the data usage corrective firmware my unit is dead. Light indication is alternate blue and amber flashes.

Any suggestions?

  • So I took the unit to Telstra. They took the battery and sim card out then replaced both. IT WORKED!!!

    YAY!!

    Hi kcey,

Have you done a factory reset after your update? Which model M1 is your device? (Telstra / AT&T / etc.)

What firmware version are you at?

    Please let me know. :]

      Factory reset:- no change.

Not able to use either the app or web as the nighthawk is not on any network (dead).

      Firmware used:- MR1100-1TLAUS_23113199_NTG9x50C_10.25.01.01_00_TELSTRA_03.22.secc.spk

The unit continues to blink at me. Blue then amber. Nothing else happening!
