NightHawk M1 does not show usage data and is attempting to detect service

Fireware has been updated and is running on the following NTG9X50C_12.06.08.00 no other updates available. The device has had no date usage for the past month and after doing a factory reset the device is now showing detecting service. I am able to connect to the device and use the internet. I do believe this is a Netgear issue. the service provider is telstra in Australia 

 

can someone from Netgear or any other representaive please inform. I have searched the web to find others with similar problems but havent come to a solution.

  • Hi. Had a nighthawk M1 for 8 months and it is showing same data and days left- has done for 17 days, even after recharge yesterday.. Can you tell me how to factory recharge, please ? Only suggestion I've had so far.
