Nighthawk M1 not supported by netgear Mobile App??

Question

I'm trying to connect my Nighthawk to the mobile app but the message on the mobile app says

Sorry, this mobile Router is not supported by the netgear mobile app.

I've re installed the app, but still no go

michaelkenward&nbsp;Op was not asking about the Nighthawk app but the Mobile app that is supposed to work with M1. Having the very same issue here.

So why post in the section for the Nighthawk app if that wasn't what they meant?
