nighthawk m1 router constantly rebooting

It sounds very odd that the replacement is rebooting in the same way as the first unit. Roughly how much time elapses between reboots? When it reboots, is it running just on the battery, battery with mains charger plugged in, or only the mains charger with battery removed? What temperatures are the M1 and its battery running at? You can see these temperatures in the web-based interface under Settings > Nighthawk M1 Status > Diagnostics.
Roughly 1-2 mintues of time elapses between rebooting in which I can get a few quick things done. It seems to reboot on both battery and plugged in two mains.
Whats the temperature? I'm not sure. I could look at that. Haven't seen any smoke wafting out of it :) The device seems to get slightly warm to touch and thats all.
If it's rebooting every few minutes, it sounds like you need to get it replaced again. The reason I asked what temperatures the M1 itself and the battery are reading (2 separate values in the interface) is that another M1 owner had reported problems with battery charging even at relatively low temperatures. Could you please read the temperatures and report back? Thanks.
