Nighthawk M2

Issue: the Nighthawk M2 keeps freezing, the blue light on the unit is permanently on, to fix I disconnect and the re connect Please advise what can I do to solve the problem permanently

  • Me too.  Nine days in and I have had to unplug to get the Nighthawk back up again more than 15 times.  I have tried with and without the battery installed - makes no difference.  We only have six devices connected. Telstra support told me to do a full re-set - problem is still there.  Other posts identify this as a known problem.  I really need a solution - now!  Some posts suggest Telstra may just replace the box - but do I need an authorisation from Netgear?
