Greetings,
I'm having the same dropping devices then not reconnecting that has been well documented .
Constantly having to restart the modem thru out the day to stay connected.
I did copy the json file and send it via email to jopeng@netgear.com
Hoping this finds a solution.
Thanks Kevin

How are you using it?
Using both 2.4ghz and 5ghz?
Are you using it with constant power? And if so, is the battery removed?
How many devices are connected?
Are they direct connected or do you have a router connected and then devices to that?
I,m using both 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz as I have security cameras that require 2.4
Constant power with battery removed to supply the 2.4 ghz via ethernet to a router setup as an access point.
16 devices max with 11 direct connected and 5 thru the access point router
What router is setup in access point mode?
Have you tried putting the M6 in passthrough mode and the other router in router mode?

Hello
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. It's unfortunate that you're encountering the same issues with dropped connections and the need for frequent modem restarts. Providing the JSON file to jopeng@netgear.com was a proactive step, and I hope that they will be able to analyze it to find a solution for your connectivity problems.
