Nighthawk MR1100 from Telstra Firmware "Invalid Update File. Error Code 16"

Question

Hi, like many other users, I too have lost Data Information since updating the firmware to NTG9X50C_12.06.02.00.
I have tried to roll back the firmware and upload the fix suggested with Firmware file&nbsp;
MR1100-1TLAUS_23113199_NTG9x50C_10.25.01.01_00_TELSTRA_03.22.secc but get a an&nbsp;"Invalid Update File. Error Code 16" every time.
&nbsp;
I know this isnt a Telstra issue as this all worked fine until this latest Firmware upgrade.
&nbsp;
Can you please help me here as this is driving me nuts. What else can be done here to fix this? Is there another file i can try or another way to upload the firmware?

Hi, just checking here with Telstra. Is this a billing or Tech Support area question? And what exactly am I asking them? If it is reaching them, what is the fix?

Please call Telstra and have them check if the device reached the billing server. If you got a confirmation from them, please PM me your device&nbsp;IMEI.&nbsp;
