Nighthawk mr5200 no service

Hello,

I have taken over an MR5200 from someone and now the device appears to be unable to connect.

I have tried this with a card from Vodafone and Movistar.

I have tried both automatic and manual network modes.

When the card is used in a Huawei device, it works fine.

The MR5200 runs on firmware NTG55_12.04.17.00 and GUI version MR5200-1—EUS_04.02.196.00, hardware version 1.2

I have searched for a solution but cannot find it.

Who can help me solve this problem?
