Nighthawk password reset from factory to one I want to use

Question

Just got home with my new Nighthawk MR100 Mobile Router. Salesrep at AT&T wasn't helpful and I'm having difficulty setting the password from the original "out-of-the-box" to a password I can remember.

I downloaded the mobile app "M Netgear Mobile" at the AT&T store and thought I had my new password set in the Nighthawk before I left, but got home and it's still the bizzare password that it came with. Tried again 5 times using the app to reset the password using the app, but nothing works.

Any tips?

Are your referring to the WiFi password of the router? If yes, please check page 51 of the user manual.

JamesGL&nbsp;Thanks for the link, I'll check it out. My Nighthawk only came with a single page "manual" not having the link you provided.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
