Off Topic: Community Account Email Change Lost Profile

Support required: I followed the advice in this thread Off-Topic-Change-email-address-associated-with-my-Netgear (topic now closed).

 

Result changed email but lost all profile info. Username which was hyppolyte now Hyppolyte.

 

So I changed email back to previous at https://www.netgear.com/mynetgear/portal/myProfile.aspx  and profile info returned.

Currently using new email sans my profile history - second attempt.

      Hi Bianca,

       

      Thanks for looking into my question.

       

      Only 1 registered device - re-registered.

       

      My concern was the loss of 2 years of community contributions and PMs. And of course the Capital Letter on hyppolyte.
