Please Help! Customer Service Wont Call Me Back

I had a MR6110 for about a month and it stopped turning on. I sent it back for a return, and they sent me a MR110. I returned that and they sent me another MR110. I returned that, and now they will not send me back my broke device nor a new one. I have called over 20 times in the past month and they always say that the issue has been escalated and someone will call me back within 24 hours. NOT ONCE, has anyone ever called me back. They are essentially robbing me, and I don’t know what to do. This is a very expensive device! Is there someone I can reach that can solve this issue? I have an RMA case number, serial number and proof of purchase. I also have proof shipping and that they received the device. Someone please help! RMA: 46810488

  • Sadly it does need to go through support. 

    This community forum is members of the public helping out. 

    there is the occasional mod on here that helps out in situations like these.

    Could you please confirm your device is AT&T MR6110?

     

    When you received a replacement device, it is MR1100? We don't have MR110 device.

      Yes my device is ATT MR6110 (the white one). And yes, i meant MR1100.

        AT&T MR6110 RMA should be handled by AT&T.

         

        Who did send you MR1100, Netgear support or AT&T?
