Project Genesis MR6400 Hotspot
Why is there no support for this device? The one I'm working on for a friend is stuck at the Downloading Software Update screen and will do nothing. When powering on it shows a picture of an ethernet with red x and a green checkmark for power. That's all I have to work with. Resetting with a paperclip does nothing. Doesn't initiate a reset or anything. Please help.

How long are you pressing the reset button for? 15seconds then release should do something.
Might try a 30-30-30 reset and see if this could help kick the MR into operation.
Make contact with NG support as well.
you need a compatible power brick with enough amps delivered to the device, a compatible power cable that is adequately rated for it as well.
