PS4 and PC Connection Problems

 

Hi :smileyhappy:

 

On PS4 Almost every FIFA17 Pro Clubs match I get disconnected from the EA servers, even when I'm in the menu it happens. Yesterday I got disconnected from a zombies game on Call of Duty Infinite Warfare(PS4 as well).

 

PS4 has a static IP with DMZ. When I get disconnected from the game servers party chat is still on(I hear my friends but they don't hear me for a few seconds).

 

On PC yesterday got connection lost issue on chat with Amazon support. Possibly disconnections from TeamViewer as well yesterday.

 

Speed tests are OK(PS4 and PC).

 

Could any one please help?

    Have you looked for any errors in your modems logs when these disconnects happens.

      I see this around the time(possibly after, not sure) of one disconnection: Firewall: packet drop. 115.194.24.44 -->{my public IP}, Protocol ICMP, Message type 3.

       

      Could this be the problem? If yes, how to fix it? Thanks.

       

      *Changed my IP to {my public IP}.

    I would contact your ISP they provide support for this modem they maybe able to help.
