Reconnect to Device MR60 and T-Mobile

I recently moved away from Comcast/Xfinity Internet and hooked up with T-Mobile Home Internet. It works great. My old system includes two MR60 units mesh system, which also works great. When I plug the MR60 into the T-Mobile (Nokia) gateway, the MR60 gets immediate access. So, the home Internet system/access works great.

 

The problem comes in when I try to use my Netgear Nighthawk MR60 app on my iPhone. Under the Comcast account, the app worked great. Now, I keep getting an error message to reconnect (see screenshots). Is there an issue with T-Mobile home internet access and the MR60 mesh system? Any recommendations?

  • 1. make sure icloud relay and private mac/ip address is disabled. 

    2. go into the tmobile gateway and put the netgears IP address into the tmobiles DMZ

      Turning off iCloud relay did the trick. I also did an uninstall/reinstall of the app. All good!
