Using LM1200 standalone as the internet provider
I have recently bought an LM1200 to connect to a smart cooler. It fits my bill because I can use a SIM card as an internet source and ethernet to connect to the machine.
I'm testing it in my Mac but couldn't get it to connect to Internet. In the router dashboard, it says "Internet" is active. The Signal is green, LAN indicator is green, and my mac can detect the LAN connection as well.
I have tried both Bridge mode and Router mode, without any success.
In Router mode, I have set the DNS to 8.8.8.8, DMZ mode is off, VPN Passthrough is ON.
Do I need a router in addition to LM1200 in order to access internet? Any way I can avoid purchasing a router?

Glad you got it working! You might mark it as solved so others aren't still trying to fix it :)
Thanks for the responses guys. It turns out the default APN was wrong. Changing the APN from `isp.telus.com` to `sp.koodo.com` has resolved the issue.

When you switched it to router mode, did you try rebooting the LM1200?
Another thing to check is the LM1200 has 2x ethernet ports. Try just using one of them in case its only handing out a single IP address.

What does the user manual say how to set up the ethernet port on the router?
