Verizon Novatel USB760

I have a Novatel USB760 stick from Verizon that I am trying to use to connect with my new Netgear Nighthawk AC3200. The USB stick won't connect at all. The connection is usually automatic on my Cradlepoint MBR95, but I can't get it to connect to the Nighthawk in either the 2.0 or 3.0 USB slots. Can anyone help? Or is it just not compatible? :(

    I could not find anything on the compatibility between the Verizon Novatel USB760 & the NETGEAR AC3200.
