6 GS752TPv2 Switches offline
I have a Netgear AX2400 that is connected the comcast modem and is in passthrough mode. I factory reset the switches and all came online and was working correctly. RSTP is enable. However when I get home, everything is offline. The modem has a static IP. However, we could not get the AX2400 to accept the static ip, static gateway and subnet mask. We also set the 6 switches and 16 WAX620 as reseved Ip/mac address.
What could be causing this problem? All switches and APs have reserved mac in the router.

What is a Netgear AX2400 please? Could be some kind of router, or a NAT router - but why in passthrough mode?
The internet connection or ISP has assigned a static IP to this connection? Or have you an Internet config allowing multiple public ip addresses and have a dedicated IP subnet assigned? This needs to be controlled and configured accordingly first.
You get one fixed IP assigned by the ISP, or a dedicated subnet allowing multiple public IP addresses?

Tell us exactly what you need to configure according to the ISP information provided.

So some router is handling DHCP for the LAN and it's IP subnet? What IP LAN subnet is configured on the DHCP server resp. the router?

OK, this makes sense. Dynamic DHCP for the LAN. Assumable for the switches, the APs, and at the end of the line to the wired and wireless clients. But this isn't the problem we are facing here. What exactly remains offline at this point? Reads more like a basic router configuration issue at this point.
Everything a little bit confusing to the uneducated reader.
Last but not least, these GS752TPv2 are so called "Smart Switches", not managed switches. A moderator is kindly asked to move the thread to the Plus And Smart Switches Forum section please
