Access stacked M4300 when one switch failed (power supply)

Hi,

we stacked two of the M4300 switches and now one of them went dead (obviously the power supply).

I'd like to get remote access, but the main IP address of the stack is not available and so is the IP of the second switch, that I gave it before stacking.
I'd appreciate any help, how I can access the second switch without the need to drive to the dc and plug in the console.
