I apologize for the late response. Could it be that the feature you are looking for is MAC Filtering? If yes, go to Security > Traffic Control > MAC Filter. It basically allows the user to set a static MFDB entry.
If ever you are not looking for MAC Filtering, kindly provide further details about what you want to implement as well as how are the devices are connected. It would be best if you post a detailed diagram of your network setup.

FW was updated to 12.0.13.7. issue still persists.
could you further advise?
Again I was trying to add this multicast address though switching->address table->advanced->static address table. is this the correct method?
