Anyone use Netgear switches?

Environment has over 200+ switches 1,200+ users lots of VMs, IP phones, laptops, tablets,BYOD Ubiquiti for APs

Company doesn't appear to be cheap, but I've only been here a couple months. I mentioned before that they don't use L2 switches to their capabilities. I think this is why the director wants to get something cheap since all features wouldn't (currently) be used on a Cisco/Juniper switch. I know that is dumb thinking, but that is the vibe I get.

Current topology is roughly a dozen sites. All have links that go to other sites, about 4 of them have antennas that come back to the main data center. Every site has a L3 Cisco that has anywhere from 2-7 L2 switches daisy chained off it. Data is routed across L3 and antennas.
