AXC763 SFP+ DAC CABLE with Intel X710
Is there any known compatibly issue with the AXC763 SFP+ DAC CABLE and the Intel X710 Converged Adapter? I can't seem to get a link with this. I'm using a M4300-12X12F but have also tried directly co...
I'll get the firmware updated on the switches.
According to Intel the card should "support direct attach cables that comply with SFF-8431 v4.1 and SFF-8472 v10.4 specifications"

I tried in my local environment. It's ok. I Connect M4300-12X12F to PC(Inter X710) with AXC 763 DAC Cable.
So I suggest you can update your Inter X710 adapter dirver and try again.

I was able to update the firmware on the M4300-12X12F but it had no effect. I'll look to update the x710 firmware.
I updated the Firmware and Driver on the card and still no link. I switched the card to a Windows 2008 server and still no link. I'm not sure what else it could be besides the cable.
1) do you have more DAC763? Could you try another one?
2) Could you provide the output of 'show fiber-ports optics-info all'?Port 10 is connected to the x710.
I've tried 3 different AXC763 cables with none working.
