Welcome to the community! :)
Are you still able to get replies when you ping the IP address of the FSM7352PS switch? If not anymore, I suggest you to access the switch via console connection. There is a console port at the rear panel of the FSM7352PS. Read pages 3-9 to 3-10 of the FSM7352PS Hardware Installation Guide here about Connecting a Console to the Switch.
Let me also share this link on how you could set network parameters (set a new static IP address) to the FSM7352PS via console.
If ever your concern has been addressed or resolved, I encourage you to mark the appropriate reply as the “Accepted Solution” so others can be confident in benefiting from the solution. The NETGEAR Community looks forward to hearing from you and being a helpful resource in the future!

I apologize for the late response. :(
To perform a factory reset via the console, go to privileged EXEC mode and execute the command 'clear config.' As reference, read page 9-27 of the ProSafe 7300S Managed Switches CLI Manual Version 8.0 here.
