Connecting 2 GS728TP switches using SPF Fiber ports.
I am trying to connect two of these switches at a distance of 200 meters. Can these switches handle 10G speeds between the two switches if I used 2 matching fiber SPF adapters at each switch or are these limited to only 1G? I know the limit on each Ethernet port is 1G but I can't find what the limits or capabilities would be using the SPF ports on each switch. These units have 4 SPF ports.

According to the datasheet, this units is limited to 1G. The limitation would most likely be the ports themselves, so even if you use 10G fibre modules, the speed cannot exceed 1G.
