Fiber and SFP is and was never autonegotiating. What SFP module is provided by the ISP exactly? For 1G they often use 1.25G, for 2G they often use 2.5G - link speeds the SFP garages can't make.
Does your ISP provide plain TCP/IP wit a complete subnet? If not ..figure.
Even a L2/3 switch can't act as a NAT router, does not have an IP address on a port...

That makes complete sense- is there way to use the switch as a pass through to a SonicWall firewall since the firewall does not have an SPF port on it?
