had received an a M4300-52G POE switch with power light indicator is in a constant amber light . i understand there might have some issues regarding firmware boot up. i cant get access to the swit...
There is an USB port with a serial console, the USB Driver is available on the downloads for your switch model on https://www.netgear.com/support/
Suspect the boot loader corrupted. Better get in touch with the Netgear support via https://my.netgear.com in case they will replace the switch on warranty.
