Correct Switch - Ports - POE - Fiber
NETGEAR ProSAFE GS728T 24-Port Gigabit PoE Smart Managed Switch with 8 PoE+ Ports 192w (GS728TP-100NAS)
My Needs:
16-24 ports
at least 6 POE
at least 2 Fiber Optic
this will be used as central switch for three other buildings (2 via Fiber, 1 via copper); using access points in ceiling that run over POE; have 6 APs.
Is this a good choice? The connector type is looking like LC.

Based on your needs, it appears that it is a good model. It has 4 SFP ports for fiber connection, 24 PoE ports and also a gigabit switch. So I'll say this would fit your needs. As a central switch, will you do all the routing on this switch? Do you have a dedicated DHCP server or router connected to it?
