ERROR: can't get kernel image!

Overnight switch malfunction. I managed to connect to the switch with miniUSB console port using HyperTerminal port 23. I switched off/on couple of times. This is the error logs i get. :( ...
Sorry for the VERY late update on my case. My Netgear case was a power unit issue that was escalated to their level 3 engineering team who has confirmed it was not fixable. It was covered under the device warranty
