Error changing the subnet mask for VLAN IP address

I am trying to change the subnet mask of a VLAN IP address (Routing>VLAN>VLAN Routing Configuration).  After changing the subnet mask and clicking apply, I get the error "failed to set IP Address".  How can I change the subnet mask?

Aware there is some dependency on the switch IP Configuration e.g. Routing > IP > Advanced > IP Interface Configuration ?

I don't have an Advanced option; see the attached image.

Somewhere the IP configuration of the switch must be visible, eg. System > Management > IP Configuration.

Either it's DHCP assigned or defined locally on the switch.
