forget switch IP and can't manage it

Hi,

i need IP coz i have XS748T with 10 computer conected , sometimes and randamly one of this computer no connected ,

after many solution issue we found we must unplug the ethernet cable from the switch and replace it with another one or just unplug and plug it again in the same port .

this happened with deferant computers , 

so i need to know the configraton for this switch but i can't without ip ,

Note: im tryed NETGEAR Switch Discovery Tool, ip scanner but no ip found 

any ideas ?
