GS324TP — S350 loses connection with Ubiquiti Access Points
Model: GS324TP — S350
Firmware: 1.0.0.43
Boot Version: B1.0.0.5
Periodically, all the Ubiquiti Access Points lose connection to the switch. (Less frequently, but just as annoying: The Epigy phone system also loses connection). Has started happening once a week. Rebooting the switch re-establishes connection.
No clue how to start troubleshooting the issue.
Any help appreciated.
(And of course, I'm one day past the complimentary email support!)

Maybe a more specific question is why the "managed" state of the ports the access points are connected go to "D-Disabled"?
Consider to consult
Monitoring -> Memory logs
Are these Ubiquiti Access Points in some Mesh mode where STP loops would be predictable?
