GS324TP POE Status = "Disabled"
I recently "lost" POE capabilities in ports 1-8 on my GS324TP POE switch. It worked fine before. I have rebooted, and power cycled numerous times. I have updated the firmware from 1.0.0.38 to 1.0.0.43 and the same results. I moved the non working POE camera feeds to ports past 8 and they work fine, so this is clearly the problem of the switch.
You can see in the pic provided that Ports 1-8 have the status labeled as "Disabled" and I have no capabilities of changing them. What am I doing wrong, and is this switch faulty?

Looks like the GS324TP lost one of the four internal controllers taking care of the PoE functionality.
Head to https://my.netgear.com/, select your (already registered) switch and follow the [Request Hardware Support]. Let them know about the details, or provide a link to this thread in the community.
